Provision of comprehensive building services

These halls of residence providing accommodation for 65 students were in need of renovation. We undertook the design and site management for updating:

  • The hot and cold water supplies
  • Drainage
  • All electrical services (including computer networking, cable TV and telephone to all rooms)
  • Heating
  • Ventilation
  • Building insulation

Part-funding for the work was obtained through a grant application initiated by us on behalf of the customer.
